WHAT TO (OR NOT TO) BRING (WTB) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What TO BRING?
• Light clothing and shoes, bathing suit, flip flops (for pool area), light jacket, sweats/workout clothing, sunglasses. (winter months can get a bit chilly but not too bad) • Personal Hygiene items, sunscreen/suntan lotion• Enough food for 1 week (Refrigerator and Dry food space is available but limited)• Insulated beverage container for water/coffee. (No glass containers) • Small Personal Effects, ear buds, reading material – Recovery & spirituality based is good idea. We have a large selection of books available to borrow. • Laptop or tablet (no full size computers)• Prescribed medications in original containers (must be labeled with your name) • Cigarettes, vape (smoking is allowed in outdoor smoking areas only. No chewing or vaping in the house)
WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?
• Cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc), basic cooking ingredients (ie: salt, pepper, basic spices, oil, etc.) • Eating utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, napkins • Bed Linens, bath towels, pool towels, gym towels • Laundry facility (bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets) • House cleaning supplies, dish soap • High speed internet, house computer (available for job search, resume building, etc) inkjet printer. • Big screen TV in common areas, Netflix streaming on main TV's • Gym equipment, air hockey table, soft tip dart board, outdoor games and activities such as cornhole, Bacchii Ball, lawn darts, Ax throwing game, basketball, pool basketball
What SHOULDN'T I BRING?
• Anything containing alcohol, (ie: mouthwash, Nyquil, cough syrups, alcohol based hand sanitizer) • Weapons, (ie: guns, knifes, nun chucks, explosives) • Clothing with drug or alcohol related messages, anything depicting violence of any kind or otherwise offensive material • Pornographic material • Candles, incense • Illegal substances, paraphernalia, fireworks • Pets ** Use common sense, you know what's wrong to bring !!!
CAN I BRING MY CAR OR A BICYCLE?
• YES. There is limited parking in the driveways however there is plenty of street parking without any overnight restrictions. Your vehicle must be currently registered with proof of insurance and you must have a valid state issued drivers license. • BICYCLES are a great way to get around the area if you don't have a car. There is space available behind the gated area for safe storage. Bring a padlock just to be on the safe side.
Do WE offer TRANSPORTATION?
Transportation assistance can be arranged under most circumstances.
